What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express via PayPal.

How do I place an order?
We have worked our hardest to ensure that ordering from Itsy Bitsy Bows is both easy and fun! From the product page, simply select the quantity of the item you would like and click "Add to Cart". Once you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout icon. If you need additional assistance placing an order, please feel free to email us at info@itsybitsybows.com and we are happy to help you!

How quickly will my order be processed?
Kindly visit our Order Tracking information tab.  This will give you the most up to date shipping schedule.  Kindly note that our estimated shipping schedule varies during our busy seasons!!  At Itsy Bitsy Bows we strive to get your order out as quickly as possible!

What is your return or exchange policy?
At Itsy Bitsy Bows we pride ourselves on the high quality of our products.  Unless the items purchased have manufacturer defects, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  Kindly note that all computer monitors differ in the way they show certain colors.  Itsy Bitsy Bows will not offer returns or exchanges for different colors.

Does Itsy Bitsy Bows have a catalog?
At this time, Itsy Bitsy Bows does not have a printed catalog. If you would like to see our current collections, please browse our website.

How can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled for any reason.

Can you rush my order?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not accepting any rush orders. Please make sure to check our shipping times before you place your order.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will be updated on your entire order process.  We will email you with an order confirmation letter shortly after your purchase.  It will detail each product you ordered with the price, as well as with a confirmation of the shipping address that you provided us.  If you have any questions about your order confirmation, please email info@itsybitsybows.com

Do you accept International Orders?
Itsy Bitsy Bows currently ships to several countries in Europe, Asia, North America and South America, as well as to Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa).

How can I tell if my order has been shipped?
Please visit the ORDER TRACKING section of our website and enter your order information. You will then be able to view your order and see if your order has been processed and shipped.

Can I send a picture of my creations using Itsy Bitsy Bows products?
ABSOLUTELY!
  We would love to see your works of art!!  Kindly email info@itsybitsybows.com with your photos!!

Can I ship my order to another address?
Yes!  Please leave a message in the notes section of your payment with the ship to address.

Do items ever go out of stock?
Occassionaly high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website.  In this instance, we will ship out your order with our in stock items and issue a refund via Pay Pal for the out of stock items. Kindly note that Itsy Bitsy Bows does not back order items.
